Dr. B takes an education-centered approach to care, empowering patients to take an active role in their health. She blends evidence-informed natural therapies—including herbal medicine, targeted supplementation, homeopathy, naturopathic physical medicine, and escharotic therapy (for abnormal pap smears)—with conventional diagnostics and respect for other treatment options. Her goal is to bridge the gap between conventional and naturopathic medicine, offering integrative care.

Her clinical focus includes hormonal and reproductive health (such as fertility, endometriosis, PCOS, cervical dysplasia, perimenopause/menopause and irregular cycles) as well as digestive conditions like IBS and SIBO. She also offers naturopathic physical medicine, incorporating hands-on therapies for TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and chronic or acute pain.

Dr. B works best with patients who are ready to take their health seriously—those who are curious, light-hearted, committed to making meaningful changes, and open to a holistic approach. She especially enjoys working with individuals who value education, ask questions, and want to understand the “why” behind their symptoms.

Outside of practice, she enjoys hiking with her dog and collecting plants for her home and office.
